Forbes Dawson is looking to recruit a tax partner to their expanding tax only practice. The ideal candidate will be a tax all-rounder who is currently in practice at tax partner level (or at tax director level in a Top 10 firm). They must have good business and personal skills and will be highly regarded by their clients. They will have a track record of attracting and retaining clients because of the quality of their service and their ability to manage and motivate the underlying team.
The initial package on offer will be of the order of £150,000 per annum with scope to at least double this over a 4 to 5 year period.
The individual must be able to demonstrate their ability to be ready to manage the whole practice within a five-year period. We are looking for a candidate with strong leadership potential to supplement the strengths of the existing partner team.
Forbes Dawson has a mission to become the leading tax only practice in the North West of England. They are a fast-growing business having commenced trade in March 2012. They currently have a team of around 11 tax professionals, and had a turnover of £1.5 million in the year to 30 April 2014.
New business comes via client recommendations and referrals from a wide professional contact base. They have a very strong reputation in all aspects of private client taxation, specialising in advising the entrepreneur and their businesses and have a skill set that is matched by only a few of the biggest accountancy firms in Manchester.
