Tim is a corporate tax specialist with experience in advising both large UK groups and SMEs on issues including M&A, cross-border structuring, financing (including IPO), business model reorganisations (including transfer pricing) with a particular focus on taxation of intangibles including structuring and innovation reliefs.  Tim is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser who trained with Andersen, before joining Deloitte where he worked in their Manchester office until joining Forbes Dawson as a Partner in 2018.
