Forbes Dawson names Tim Shaw as new Partner

Forbes Dawson is proud to announce the addition of Tim Shaw as Partner.
Tim joins the team with over 19 years of Big Four experience. Having worked previously at Deloitte Manchester where he was a Tax Director, Tim brings experience in advising both large UK groups and SME’s on issues such as M&A, cross-border structuring, financing (including IPO), innovation incentives and business model reorganisations (including intangibles structuring and transfer pricing). Tim is a Chartered Tax Adviser and Chartered Accountant.
